bulletReturns are only accepted when specifically agreed in advance by nlp-cds.co.uk (other than for PPI DVD's and CD's, please see below.)

bulletAll material is copyright protected - no copying is allowed under any circumstances

Important - on PPI DVD's and CD's only we have a seven days returns policy. If you're not satisfied with the DVD or CD provided you return it within seven days of receipt in original condition we will refund your credit card. (This does not include return postage.)

Thanks for using us. CD's are normally  in stock and are dispatched in 24/48 hours. We will email you giving you the option to cancel if there is likely to be any significant delay.
